This split level villa is well situated in a quiet position overlooking the Royal Golf Course.
The first level comprises sitting/dining room with doors to terrace, satellite TV (BBC programmes), cloakroom, master twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Downstairs are two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and another bathroom. The villa has central heating for use during the winter. Outside is the garden that overlooks the golf course, private pool (which can be heated at extra cost), and barbecue. Telephone. Air-conditioning included.
