Casa das Heras can be rented with 3 or 4 bedrooms for parties of up to 6 or 8 guests. Several restaurants including Casa da Avo, Sao Domingos, O’Girassol are within easy walking distance (5 – 10 minutes) and a takeaway food shop is just 5 minutes walk away.

We offer a Premium Service to our guests visiting our high quality villas in the Algarve, which includes a meeting and private transfer service from Faro Airport to your villa, or reliable quality car hire from the airport, or delivered to your villa on your arrival. Accommodation at Casa Das Heras

No expense has been spared in creating our superb luxury villa. You can pay 3 times this rental in Quinta do Lago or Vale do Lobo for the same size and standard of villa. As soon as you open the gates, it’s the wow factor that greets you.

The front hall with guest wc off leads to the huge sitting dining room which measures 30ft x 30ft!, with log burning stove, large dining table, satellite TV with BBC and ITV programmes, music system and two sliding doors to the terrace, pool and garden.

The well fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and a six seater dining table. There is a covered BBQ area off the kitchen, and a separate laundry room with washing machine and a second freezer.

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and door to the pool and terrace.

There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and door to terrace with good views.

Stairs lead to the first floor where there is another sitting area with TV and a door to a big roof terrace with lovely views. On this floor are another two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and doors to the terrace.

The whole of our luxury villa has been superbly furnished and decorated to the highest standard. All bedrooms and the sitting room have air conditioners / heaters making Casa das Heras ideal for both summer and early and late season holidays. Swimming pool towels are provided for guests use.

TV with BBC, ITV, Sports and over 36,000 films.

Air Conditioning and WIFI is included in the rental.

Maid service 3 days per week (more if you want)

English speaking villa manager/housekeeper.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen is changed once per week, and towels changed twice per week.

Swimming pool towels are provided.

With two bedrooms on the ground floor and garden on the same level makes our villa suitable for the disabled.

Easy Self Catering Available

Especially for larger parties, If you would like to take the pain out of the cost of dining out regularly, or the strain out of cooking for your party whilst on holiday, the nearby Apolonia Supermarket at Gale offers a daily range of ready made meals in their delicatessen which are excellent. They are normally available every day as starters, main course and desserts and you buy it by the kilo so you can take as much or as little as you like.

Outside

Outside there is a large attractive garden, partly to lawn and the large private swimming pool is 80cm deep at one end and 1.40m at the other end. Pool Heating to 25 degrees is included, which can be increased to 28 – 30 degrees at an extra cost.

There are easy steps and a built-in seat along the shallow end with water around 30 cm deep.

The grounds are very private and spacious with a lawned area by the pool.

We have an outside dining pergola and a great built-in barbecue making alfresco dining a must.

There is also a table tennis under a second pergola to keep the kids (and adults) occupied.

Car parking for several cars is provided.

Several restaurants including Casa da Avo, Sao Domingos, O’Girassol are within easy walking distance (5 – 10 minutes) and a takeaway food shop is just 5 minutes walk away.

We will also provide you with our “Foodies Guide” which we have compiled over many years experience, which we will sure you will find useful in deciding on which restaurant tonight !

Several top attractions nearby are Zoomarine, a full fun day out especially (but not only) for the kids. Here they can watch or swim with dolphins, water slides, zoological attractions, fairground attractions and lots more. Take a look at the Zoomarine website https://www.zoomarine.pt/pt/

At the nearby Gale Beach, you can walk for miles in the direction of the next resort Armacao de Pera, or call at the Salgados Beach Bar for a drink or lunch.

In less than five minutes drive is the village of Guia where Sir Cliff Richard has his own villa and vineyard. The vineyard can be visited on a tour. Guia boasts over 20 restaurants and is where the world famous chicken piri piri was first made. Try one of the specialist restaurants for this tasty dish.

Local taxis are easily available, including some fun Tuk Tuks.

Golf is available at the nearby Salgados Golf Course, just 5 minutes from our villa.

Discounted Golf and Club Hire

We can arrange a pre-book golf tee times for you at any of the Algarve’s courses at discounted prices, and arrange club hire delivered and collected from your villa.

We can arrange reliable reasonably priced quality car hire at Faro Airport, and private taxi or minibus transfers to the villa.

Rental prices

When rented with 3 bedrooms, bedroom 4 is locked and not rented separately.

Our normal change over day is Sunday, but we can consider other days which you can request. We are flexible so please feel free to ask for other days, or even odd duration rentals for 9, 10 or 11 nights, on request. The rental is calculated pro rata for the relevant season.

We get many repeat bookings each year. Casa das Heras is very popular and gets booked up early, so if you like it but your dates are already taken, please look for other available dates, or one of our other villas at www.algarveagency.com.

Although close to the Algarve’s most popular resort Albufeira, we find most of our guests only pay the odd visit into Albufeira, preferring the beauty and peace and quiet of the area around our villas, and its fabulous beaches.
