Flights to Faro (Algarve)
Flights from all UK airports
Due to the enormous number of flights to the Algarve each week, with a huge variation in prices, it is now impossible to include a flight in our prices.
We now have technology which enables us to carry out ONE SEARCH which gives us all available flights & prices on your departure day.
Don’t waste your time trawling all the airline websites for the best prices, let us do it for you – quickly
Our technology will not only find the best prices, but also the most convenient timings for you.
Although the main changeover days in the Algarve are Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, there are now excellent daily scheduled and low cost services from Gatwick and Manchester and we can therefore accept bookings on any day of the week, but subject to existing villa and apartment bookings. Hotel bookings can start and end any day subject to availability.
We will book the seats on your behalf, and we will automatically include Airline Failure Insurance to give you complete confidence in the event of your airline ceasing to trade, as scheduled and low cost airlines are not protected by ABTA or ATOL bonding.
Pros and Cons of Low Cost Airlines
Compared with traditional charter airlines, there are pros and cons to be considered. For the early booker, the are big savings to be made, as much as £150 per person on normal prices.
On the downside, Low Cost Airline fares increase the nearer you get to departure date, so they are not too good for late bookers. They require full payment for the flight at the time of booking, and this means we have to charge you an increased deposit. You deposit will be the flight cost plus £50 per person deposit against the accommodation. Should you wish to change your holiday dates after making your booking, then this may be more expensive, or not be possible at all. Meals are not included in the price, and on some airlines such as Easyjet, only snacks are available, and there is no pre allocation of seats, therefore not too good for large parties wanting to sit together. Some airlines such as Monarch allow pre-booking of seats at a charge, including extra legroom seats.
Changes to your Holiday.
With low cost airlines such as Easyjet, any changes incur charges, and you will also have to pay the difference in cost between your original flight and the new one, which might have increased substantially. If you book a low cost flight, and subsequently cancel your holiday, no refund will be made on your flight cost.
