It is particularly child friendly as it has a swimming pool which cannot be accessed unless the entrance gate to the pool is open. The villa is traditional in design with modern décor, furnishings and equipment, including a large Plasma TV.
There are shops, bars and restaurants close by in an area called the Old Village. There is a 5 star Hilton Hotel only a few minutes walk from the villa, which offers Spa facilities, and the Marina, with its lively atmosphere and night life, is also easily accessible.

The Accommodation comprises Ground Floor; Spacious living room with comfortable seating, plasma screen satellite TV and DVD player, fireplace, patio windows overlooking the swimming pool and terrace, air-conditioning. There us a dining area with large solid wood table and chairs for 6, patio windows overlooking the terrace. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with washing machine, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster.
Bedroom 1, double, with fitted wardrobes, patio window onto small terrace area, air-conditioning.
