Fantastic as always
We’ve now stayed at Cantinho Oliveiras at least 6 times (I think) since first visiting around 10 years ago and each time we enjoy our stay more than the last. Our two young children refer to it as “our holiday house”! They are excited to go each year and have visited most years since they were born. At some point I’ll have to break it to my youngest that we don’t own it (if you ever decide to sell let me know so I don’t have to come clean). We have bookings for 2026 and again for 2027. The service is always fantastic both before our stay, Andrew always making sure we have everything covered and during our stay the team keep the villa spotless. Locally there are great beaches, and great restaurants. Fantastic to see Evaristo back open, O Marinheiro never disappoints and is a 5 minute walk away. We also like an early morning trip to Gale beach followed by brunch at Zimzalas. And a new favourite for the family is takeaway pizza from Masa Fina, and a cool box of wine and beer whilst watching the sunset from the beach.

The villa itself has everything you need from amenities to layout, we’ve visited with newborns, toddlers, teenagers and grandparents and never had complaints, the two downstairs bedrooms help on this front.

Location wise, there’s too many restaurants and beaches within walking distance to list. I’ve no doubt we’ll keep returning to stay here

Another great holiday at Cantinho Oliveiras
Myself and several extended family members have enjoyed yet another great fortnight at this fantastic villa. We have now stayed here for over ten years and have already booked for 2026 & 2027.

Both indoor and outdoor facilities at the villa are exceptional with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, summer kitchen (including outdoor TV & washing machine), superb swimming pool and garden grounds with ample parking space. There is also the benefit of free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The 5 bedrooms are all very tastefully decorated and spacious with en-suite facilities, 2 of which are on ground level which can facilitate those with mobility issues. The villa is looked after by very pleasant and helpful staff whom we have got to know very well over the years.

There are some very nice restaurants within walking distance of the villa and there are some stunning beaches to visit in the area.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa and surrounding area and the family always look forward to our visits to Oliveiras.

Holiday & Villa to Remember
We are a family of six who have been going to the Algarve for 23 Years and always stayed in a villa. 13 Years ago we discovered Villa Cantinho Oliveiras and have returned every year since to this lovely villa in the Sesmarias area.

This 5 bed villa met all our requirements and more. From a garden full of olive trees to a sun-kissed roof terrace with a magnificent sea view. The villa is ideal for children with its large pool and table tennis area and barbecue and outside eating area.

With its 2 ground floor bedrooms makes it ideal for anyone with disabilities. The kitchen and living area is equipped to the highest standard you can imagine and is cleaned 2/3 times a week by the excellent maid services. There is nothing too much trouble for the management team of the villa who are always there to help when needed.

There are 3 beaches within walking distance of the villa and high end supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. We like dining out in the evening and there are a number of excellent restaurants close by ‘O Marinheiro‘ being one of our favourites.

We have always found European Rentals excellent to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for them. So if you are looking for a 5 Bed spacious villa in it’s own sun kissed area surrounded by Olive trees then this villa will meet your every need.

Simply The Best
We have stayed in a few villas over the years, and honestly Casa Antonio and Cantinho Oliveiras are simply the best we have used. Both villas are in close proximity of all amenities. But at the same time, they are secluded and totally private. Bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the villas, but the villas are also superbly equipped for cooking at home. Immaculately presented, at all times. This is why we’re repeat visitors every year.

Stayed 4 times at Cantinho Oliveiras
We have recently stayed at the beautiful Villa Cantinho Oliveiras in Sesmarias. We have stayed at this villa four times and twice also at the sister villa, Casa Antonio next door. Both are absolutely immaculately kept and furnished and offer a very high spec. The grounds and pool areas and outdoor eating areas offer families the opportunity to spend wonderful quality time together. The memories we have made holidaying here will last forever.

The villas are cleaned regularly during the stay and are very well supplied with everything you could possibly need. The pool man comes to check the water quality of the pool during the stay.

The villas are in a village outside Albufeira and have an amazing number of high quality eateries all within walking distance.

Easy to book and Andrew, the owner, is extremely helpful during the process.

Excellent villa
Villa Cantinho Oliveiras is an exceptional villa with everything you need.

Andrew is very quick to responded to your queries Maria and Antonio who look after the villa are very friendly and helpful.

Pool area is very clean and Tidy.

Would 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amazing villa holiday.

Fabulous!
“This holiday home let met and exceeded all expectations. Truly. Incredibly well thought out and designed , the high specifications in the finish adding to a sense of pragmatic opulence. Amazing. Ensuites; air conditioning; fantastic swimming pool ; lovely garden area and roof top terrace, outdoor table tennis and kitchen. More than enough space meant that all family members needs were met.

The location of the house means you are near to everything and yet quietly enclosed in your own very special place. This house was a perfect base for our multi generational family annual holiday. A large group – 10 of us ranging from 7years upwards and everyone had a terrific time. The design and lay out of the house played a vital part in enabling that to happen.

So many cherished memories have been made here this year. Excellent beaches ( one only 10-15 min walk from the house) and amnetities all withinin 10 mins drive or a short drive into Albufeira. Lovely, discreet friendly and helpful couple of housekeeper and pool guy who live close by , added to a sense of a well run and much cared for property. It’s not that often that a rental, even a top of the range one like this ,exceeds expectations. This rental really does!”

Lovely luxury villa in a great location. Couldn’t fault anything!
“Great villa that catered easily for our party of 9. Everything of a high specification and exceptionally clean with the housekeeper coming in 3 times a week. Lovely pool and BBQ area. We hired a car for our weeks stay but if you don’t want to drive there is a beach and shop within easy walking distance.

This is one of the best villas we have stayed in and we do a villa holiday each year.

Would definitely recommend.”
